How can you still access help during the emergency crisis?
While in-person visits may pose a health risk and physical distancing measures are in place, telemedicine is available for essential naturopathic services. Until further notice, based on the directives of the Ministry of Healthy, and in accordance with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario, in-person visits are unavailable. |
About Telemedicine
Some insurance companies providing your health benefits will cover the costs of your telemedicine appointments, just like a face-to-face or in-person visit.

What about my privacy?
Your PRIVACY is important:
As your naturopathic doctor, I know that your personal health information is important to you and must be protected. Personal health information is any information that can identify you and link you to healthcare services you receive. I will not release this information to anyone other than those involved in your care without your approval, unless required to do so by law. Just like a face-to-face or an in-person appointment, when using telemedicine, your privacy is of utmost importance, and feel free to direct any questions/concerns you may have about this. |
